This quilt was created during a summer quilting retreat by the sea. As we worked on our blocks, a thunderstorm rolled in. The contrast of the roaring waves and the calm in our quilting room inspired the color shifts and rhythmic motion of the curves. Each block is like a note in a quiet song from the ocean itself.
