“Rainbow Helix” is a vibrant celebration of color, symmetry, and movement a DNA strand woven from threads of joy. The inspiration struck one quiet afternoon in my quilting room, with soft electronic music playing in the background. As I pieced together the gradient strips into curved mirrored columns, the quilt began to resemble a helix a symbol of life, now encoded in the language of color.

This project was deceptively challenging. Balancing each color block and ensuring the illusion of smooth curves required precise alignment and lots of patience. Though it may look like a digital pattern, this quilt demanded the intimacy of handcrafted precision.
